1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The product or service received is significantly different from what was described.
You received a defective or damaged product upon delivery.
You cancel a service–24 – 48 hours upon receipt of order
Customers have a 30 day time frame to make refunds and returns. We want you to be satisfied with your order.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Late cancellations for services (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Custom or special-order products

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
