At Elite Drive Auto, we value your time and trust. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a seamless 30 days returns time frame.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
1. Return Window
Customers may return golf carts or related items to Elite Drive Auto within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery—whether due to buyer’s remorse or other valid reasons.
2. Conditions for Return
Products must be unused, with all parts, accessories, and packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
3. No Fees
There are no restocking fees and no charge for return shipping—all returns are free to the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team. We’ll provide instructions and, if needed, a prepaid return label for the process.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once Elite Drive Auto receives the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
6. Quality Assurance We take pride the quality of our carts but we understand that sometimes issues might arise. Kindly contact us 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your order should you have any damages due to shipping.
Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone within the cancellation window.
In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), Elite Drive Auto may review the case for a partial refund at management’s discretion.
