Delivery Timings
- Standard Delivery Hours:
8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week - After-Hour Delivery (Optional):
Available upon request for an additional fee.
Delivery Locations
We offer doorstep delivery and pickup in the following areas:
- city (home, hotel, or office)
- Airport (pickup/drop-off) and other major cities (on demand) Custom delivery location available with prior confirmation
Delivery Charges
- Delivery Zone Charges Inside city FREE (for rentals 24hr+)
- Airport Pickup/Drop BDT 500–1000 (based on time) Outside Custom Quote on Request
- Note: For hourly rentals, a minimum delivery fee may apply.
Delivery Requirements
Customers must present:
- Valid ID or passport
- Booking confirmation
- Advance payment receipt (if applicable)
- The customer or authorized recipient must be present at the location during delivery.
Vehicle Return / Pickup
- Return at your convenience or request pickup from any approved location.
- Early return does not qualify for partial refunds (see Return Policy).
