Warranty for Elite Drive Auto

At Elite Drive Auto, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and eco-friendly golf carts that you can trust. To ensure your complete satisfaction, all of our vehicles come with a comprehensive limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Limited Warranty
All new golf carts purchased from Elite Drive Auto are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Electrical Components (controllers, wiring, onboard chargers)

  • Battery Performance (manufacturing defects only)

  • Frame & Chassis

  • Steering & Suspension Components

  • Brake System

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, seat cushions, light bulbs, etc.)

  • Modifications or aftermarket parts not approved by Elite Drive Auto

  • Water damage or corrosion

  • Commercial or rental use (unless explicitly agreed upon)

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at info@elitedriveauto.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos/videos if possible.

  3. Our service team will review and contact you within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we may:

  • Provide replacement parts free of charge

  • Offer repair assistance or direct you to a certified technician

  • In some cases, arrange a full unit replacement

Warranty Repairs

Warranty service may require you to ship the defective part back to us. In some cases, local repair shops authorized by us can be used. Labor costs for repairs not performed by Elite Drive Auto are not covered.

  • Request deletion of your data
